Pesto
- 2 med cloves garlic
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves, cleaned and dried
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup Parmesan or Asiago cheese, grated
Blend until smooth. Stir in cheese. Can be frozen.
